Here you’ll find everything I’m cooking up in my kitchen, a lotta veggies, leftovers, some butter and chatter about a Nutella addiction. There’s nothing I don’t eat, as I believe in balance and that’s what I’m teaching others. I eat simply, I cook for one, but love cooking for others - and I pause to plate pretty. I have no crazy chef knife skills or techniques; I roast, steam, saute, sear and am a seeker of color and flavor.
Most of my meals are often times the result of freestyle recipe free ingredient riffing and a good trip to the vegetable market. Produce is my passion, farmers are my friends, and I hope that you won’t simply come here for a recipe - but that you’ll read the story, make the meal your own and give it a new life.
