Peanut Butter + Banana Breakfast
I'm holding a class this evening on breakfast and choices, so I thought it might be helpful to share what I'm eating this morning. Tina To Table is more than a recipe hub, it's a look inside my kitchen and mind - where the hope is that my choices and story with food may serve to inspire you to take a look at how you want to feel, your habits and emotions when it comes to food and your life. If we all only ate when we were hungry or because we had "the right recipes" we wouldn't have health issues and body image challenges. We're a collection of our habits and that's what my coaching is cracking at, one week and one step at a time.
So, yeah, today, breakfast and routine. What are you doing to feel like your best you in the morning?
Mine looks a little like peanut butter toast with a banana and some crunchy health food stuff (chia seeds and bee pollen) because that works for me and my body. What works for you? Make time. You're worth it. And remember, time doesn't manage us or dictate our lives, it's all in how we use it. Make the time to look inside and feed yourself well.
